Basic Rules

10 Teams

Head to Head

Top 3 teams in each conference make the playoffs. The top team in each conference has a 1st round bye.

Rosters: 12 Players, 7 Starters (2 Guards, 2 Forwards, 1 Center, 2 Util.)

3 Keepers

 

Scoring

We take into account the numbers a player AVERAGES in a week.

Points * 0.25 + Rebounds * 0.5 + Assists * 0.75 + Blocks * 0.75 + Steals * 0.75

 

Draft

2005: 1) Runner-up, 2) Best semifinals loser, 3) Worst semifinals loser, 4) Best 1st round loser, 5) Worst 1st round loser, 6) Seventh place team, 7) Eighth place team, 8) Nineth place team, 9) Tenth place team, 10) Eleventh place team, 11)Twelfth place team, 12) Champion (Same order for every round)

 

Franchise Player Rule

If a team drafts a rookie in the first two rounds of the 2004 draft, or the first round of the following drafts, it may protect that player as a fourth keeper forever as long as he has never been dropped only losing its lowest draft pick. No team may keep more than 4 players.

 

Teams

Team names may not be changed unless a new owner takes over a team. Teams must have a logo, which may be changed at any time.

 

Activity

Team owners must be active, check their teams regularly, post regularly on the message board and answer trade offers within a week's time. Teams must provide an e-mail address and check it regularly. Owners who don't fullfil these requirements may be kicked out of the league.

 

Draft-picks Trading

Owners may trade future draft picks up to two years in advance. (You may not trade a 2006 draft pick until the 2004 draft has ended)

 

Off-Season

Keepers must be announced a few days before the draft.
